Dr. Miguel G. Osio, founder of MGO Law Firm, is a graduate of Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has more than four decades of experience in Venezuelan and international legal practice. He established his legal practice in 1960, formally registered in 1973, initially focusing on bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery, and asset protection for both foreign and domestic companies operating in complex economic environments.​

Throughout his career, Dr. Osio played a pivotal role in creating key business and industry associations, contributed to credit information and financial risk frameworks, and advised on real estate, infrastructure, and energy-related projects, including maritime transportation for the oil and fuel industry. His
professional standing earned him recognition as a legal reference by Deloitte, reflecting a legacy of institutional credibility, strategic vision, and cross-border expertise.
