Isabel Montiel de Osio was a Partner and founding figure of MGO Law Firm, with more than 40 years of experience in corporate and financial banking law. Throughout her career, she has advised multinational corporations on debt restructuring, acquisition planning, credit recovery, and financial enforcement, playing a central role in the firm’s expansion into capital markets, mortgage law, and public and private debt matters.​

She assumed leadership of his client portfolio, strengthening MGO’s positioning in real estate, litigation, guarantees and surety bonds, estate, tax, and wealth planning. Mrs. Montiel de Osio has also served as Legal Advisor to the executive committees of prominent national and international organizations, contributing strategic legal insight at the highest governance levels.
